Abstract

In this paper, Multi-step Differential Transform method (MsDTM) is applied to a saturated incidence function model of Lassa fever. Basic properties of the model, the invariant region, positivity of the solutions, Local and Global stabilities with the sensitivity analysis of the various parameters used. This proposed method is based on improving the classical Differential Transform Method (DTM) such that at each interval is divided into sub-intervals of time space. The results obtained by graphical representation show that MsDTM is reliable and efficient as with those of fourth order Runge-Kutta method.
